对于湖泊底泥中重金属的测定目前普遍采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法。但由于测定前样品消化方法不一,使实验室之间的测定数据缺乏可比性。为此,本文对已报导的十种消化方法对其金属浓度、消化效率、变异系数、准确度及基体影响等方面作了实验比较,从中得出对铜铅锌镉铬镍六种元素的同时测定较为理想的消化方法。为避免随机误差导致错误的结论,对实验数据处理采用单因素分组多样本均数的F检验。
For the determination of heavy metals in lake sediments, air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry is commonly used. However, due to the different methods of digestion before the determination of the sample, the determination of the data between laboratories lacks comparability.
