为寻找一种消毒杀菌效果较好,对细菌芽胞与乙型肝炎病毒具有杀灭作用,刺激性,腐蚀性较小,气味较好的消毒剂,军事医学科学院微生物流行病研究所用二氯异氰尿酸(含25％)为主及磷酸盐、烷基硫酸盐和香料等配制而成的一种新型消毒剂“医消灵”(粉剂),并对该消毒剂进行了一系列试验研究工作。 (1)杀灭细菌试验:采用白色葡萄球菌、蜡状杆菌芽胞和类炭疽杆菌芽胞,结果对3种细胞都有良好杀灭作用,在16～18℃用0.1％或0.5％的水溶液浸泡10min可杀灭99.9％以上;(2)病毒灭活(HBsAg)试
