象DNA链断裂一样,DNA交联是一种重要的辐射损伤类型。我们研究了关于稀释溶液中DNA分子的链间交联。结果表明,DNA分子链间交联仅在辐照剂量为20~100Gy的范围内出现。这种效应依赖于DNA的浓度和(G+C)%含量而与剂量率无关。5’—溴尿嘧啶和半胱氨酸的辐射敏化作用和保护作用也得到证实。
Like DNA strand breaks, DNA crosslinking is an important type of radiation damage. We studied the interchain crosslinking of DNA molecules in dilute solutions. The results showed that the cross-linking of DNA molecules occurred only in the range of 20-100 Gy. This effect depends on DNA concentration and (G + C)% content regardless of dose rate. Radiosensitization and protection of 5’-bromouracil and cysteine were also confirmed.
