由实验结果得知,日本梨不同花令其自交不亲和反应不同。蕾期授粉(开花前3—6天)对克服自交不亲和性是有效的,但从三年的试验结果看,其多数有效时期是变动的。在花芽发育末期授粉座果率减少,在花芽发育末期前和开花后授粉则不能座果。虽然蕾期自花授粉其充分成熟的种子百分率比杂交的低,但通过蕾期自花授粉获得的果实,其形成的多数种子发育成熟,它们的发芽率是一致的,从花前四天到花后四天的花期进行一致的授粉管理,可充分座果。
The experimental results show that Japanese pear flower self-incompatibility difference. Pollinating in the bud (3-6 days prior to flowering) is effective in overcoming the inbred incompatibility, but the three-year test results show that most of the effective period is variable. At the end of flower bud development, the rate of fruit setting decreased, and fruit pollination could not be achieved before the end of flower bud development and after flowering. Although the percentage of fully matured seeds in self-pollination stage was lower than that in hybridized stage in bud stage, most of the seeds formed by self-pollination in bud stage developed mature and their germination rate was the same. From four days before flowering, Flower flowering four days after the same pollination management, can be fully fruit.
