介绍了DCS控制系统在宝浪油田联合站生产运行中存在的问题,重点分析了PID控制回路数字平滑滤波技术、动态补偿技术以及串级控制回路技术,提出了优化系统的方法,并在控制系统中加以改进,对消除温度滞后、提高数据采集速率、改善整个系统的控制性能、提高技制精度起到了明显的作用,并给出了改进后的效果对比图。
