目的比较创伤涂膜剂与3种常用消毒剂杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对本研究创伤涂膜剂杀菌效果进行观察,同时与3种常用消毒剂作平行比较。结果含1 000 mg/L醋酸氯己定与500 mg/L替硝唑组成的创伤涂膜剂对悬液内大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、产气荚膜梭菌和白色假丝酵母菌作用3 min,可达到完全杀灭。其杀菌效果与有效碘5 000 mg/L,1 000 mg/L苯扎溴铵和75%乙醇相当。结论所观察的创伤涂膜剂与碘伏、苯扎溴铵、75%乙醇杀菌效果基本一致,可有效杀灭细菌繁殖体和真菌。
OBJECTIVE To compare the bactericidal effects of trauma film-coating agents and three commonly used disinfectants. Methods The method of suspension quantitative sterilization was used to observe the bactericidal effect of the trauma film coating agent in this study, and compared with the three commonly used disinfectants. Results The wound-coating agent consisting of 1 000 mg / L chlorhexidine acetate and 500 mg / L tinidazole was effective against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacteria and Candida albicans effect 3 min, can achieve complete kill. Its bactericidal effect is comparable to that of available iodine 5 000 mg / L, 1 000 mg / L benzalkonium bromide and 75% ethanol. Conclusion The wound-coating agents observed have the same bactericidal effect as iodophor, benzalkonium bromide and 75% ethanol, which can effectively kill the bacteria and fungi.
