1992年1月至1994年4月我科采用自制模具施源器腔内后装放疗配合外照射治疗鼻咽癌60例，其中计划性首程外照射加腔内后装放疗54例；液治性外照射后局部复发6例。60例病人腔内后装入放疗共116人次，参考点距施源器9～14mm，剂量范围6～10GY／次。局部肿瘤控制率满意，尤其对避免?
