目的:研究经典线栓法制备局灶性脑梗死模型大鼠的神经功能评分与脑梗死率的相关性。方法:采用ZeaL-onga法制作大鼠局灶性脑梗死模型,在不同时间段采用Zausinger六分法对脑梗死大鼠进行神经功能缺损评分,并用TTC(2、3、5-氯化三苯基四氮唑)溶液对脑组织染色,计算脑梗死率。结果:六次神经功能缺损评分与脑梗死率之间呈显著相关性(r1=-0.528;r2=-0.535;r3=-0.529;r4=-0.512;r5=-0.535;r6=-0.5888)。结论:经典线栓法制备的局灶性脑梗死模型(大脑中动脉栓塞)中,大鼠的肢体运动功能与脑梗死率有相关性,第六次神经功能缺损评分与脑梗死率相关性最大,针刺能够改善神经功能缺损情况,提高评分,降低脑梗死率。
Objective: To study the relationship between the neurological score and the infarction rate in rats with focal cerebral infarction. Methods: The model of focal cerebral infarction was established by ZeaL-onga method. The neurological deficit score of cerebral infarction rats was evaluated by Zausinger’s six-point method at different time points. TTC (2,3,5-trichlorobenzene Tetrazolium) solution of brain tissue staining, calculate the rate of cerebral infarction. RESULTS: Six neurological deficit scores were significantly associated with cerebral infarction rates (r1 = -0.528; r2 = -0.535; r3 = -0.529; r4 = -0.512; r5 = -0.535; r6 = -0.5888). CONCLUSION: In the focal cerebral infarction model (middle cerebral artery occlusion) prepared by the classic suture method, there is a correlation between motor function and cerebral infarction rate in rats. The sixth neurological deficit score has the highest correlation with cerebral infarction rate , Acupuncture can improve the neurological deficit, improve the score, reduce the rate of cerebral infarction.
