根据汽车转向器输入轴的形状,进行工艺性分析,指出零件加工的难点部位,并进行锻造工艺性分析,以取代现在的机械切削加工工艺,降低生产成本。本着简单实用的原则,制定了冷成形和冷热结合成形两套工艺方案,并通过Deform-3D对两种锻造工艺方案进行模拟分析,最终从坯料充满程度和成形力大小两方面,选定冷热结合的锻造成形工艺方案,并根据选定成形方案对输入轴进行实际锻造试验,成功锻制出合格锻件,为输入轴的工业生产提供了一套新的生产工艺。
According to the shape of the input shaft of the steering gear, the article analyzes the processability, points out the difficult parts of the part processing, and carries out the forging process analysis to replace the current mechanical cutting process and reduce the production cost. Based on the simple and practical principle, two sets of process schemes of cold forming and cold and hot forming are developed and the two forging process schemes are simulated and analyzed by Deform-3D. Finally, from the aspects of fullness of blank and forming force, Cold and hot forging process, and the actual forging test on the input shaft according to the selected forming program, successfully forging qualified forgings and providing a new production process for the industrial production of the input shaft.
