本文研究了一种适于硫化矿精矿槽浸的通过离心方式确定氧化亚铁硫杆菌生物量和通过测定浸出矿浆溶液中Fe2+的氧化速率(g/ml时)来确定细菌氧化活性的快速方法。实验表明,当矿浆溶液中细菌浓度高于108个细菌/ml时,利用离心法确定溶液中的生物量是合适的。提出了细菌量(g/1)和细菌浓度(个/ml)间的换算方程,并指出细菌氧化活性的测定应在充气和Fe2+浓度恒定的条件下进行。
A rapid method for determining bacterial oxidative activity by determining the biomass of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans by centrifugation and measuring the oxidation rate (g / ml) of Fe2 + in the leaching slurry was studied in this paper. .
