目的:探讨提高农民工对传染病防治政策和防治知识的掌握情况。方法:随机选取农民工和城镇居民进行传染病相关防治政策和传染病相关防治知识知晓情况调查,并进行比较。结果:农民工在周围有传染病患者时应向疾病控制部门报告、疾控机构对于艾滋病的咨询和检测是免费的、国家对艾滋病免费药物治疗、浙江省江山市对活动期肺结核的治疗有补助政策、是否知道有传染病防治法和曾经接受过传染病相关知识的宣教活动等传染病相关防治政策的知晓率显著低于城镇居民(P<0.05);农民工在预防流感的有效措施、病毒性肝炎的主要传播途径、肺结核的主要传播途径、呼吸道疾病的主要传播途径、艾滋病的主要传播途径、被狗咬伤后的处理方法、常见肠道传染病预防方法和食物中毒的正确处理方法的知晓率显著低于城镇居民(P<0.05)。结论:农民工对国家传染病防治政策和具体防治知识的知晓程度偏低,应引起我们的关注。

Conclusion: Migrant workers are not aware of the national epidemic prevention and control policies and specific prevention and treatment knowledge, which should arouse our attention.
