目的：确定原发性肝细胞癌（Ｐｒｉｍａｒｙ Ｈｅｐａｔｏｃｅｌｌｕｌａｒ Ｃａｒｃｉｎｏｍａ ＨＣＣ）组织中金属硫蛋白（Ｍｅｔａｌｌｏｔｈｉｏｎｅｉｎ ＭＴ）的表达水平及其与细胞凋亡的关系，探讨ＭＴ在人类肿瘤细胞中表达的生物学意义及临床应用价值。方法：采用多克隆抗体免疫组化染色及细胞凋亡的末端标记技术，检测了２０例ＨＣＣ组织和１６例正常人肝组织及肝癌周围正常及肝硬变组织中的ＭＴ表达及凋亡细胞（Ａｐｏｐｔｏｔｉｃ ｃｅｌｌ ＡＰＣ）数。结果：正常及肝癌周围肝组织中有高的ＭＴ表达及低ＡＰＣ数；２０例ＨＣＣ组织中有１２例（６０％）未显示ＭＴ染色，其余８例也只显示低度的ＭＴ染色，而ＨＣＣ组织的ＡＰＣ数明显高于正常及肝癌周围肝组织。结论：ＨＣＣ组织中的ＭＴ含量与正常及肝癌周围肝组织相比明显降低而ＡＰＣ数则增高，ＭＴ表达与ＡＰＣ数呈负相关。
Objective: To determine the expression level of metallothionein(MT) in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its relationship with apoptosis, and to explore the biological significance of MT expression in human tumor cells. And clinical application value. METHODS: MT expression and apoptotic cells were detected in 20 cases of HCC tissues and 16 cases of normal liver tissues, and normal and liver cirrhosis tissues around hepatic cancer using immunohistochemical staining of polyclonal antibodies and apoptosis. Apoptotic cell (APC) number. Results: High MT expression and low APC counts were found in normal and hepatocellular liver tissue; 12 (60%) of the 20 HCC tissues did not show MT staining, and the remaining 8 showed only low MT staining, whereas HCC The number of APCs in the tissues was significantly higher than that in normal and liver tissues around liver cancer. CONCLUSIONS: The MT content in HCC tissues was significantly lower than that in normal and liver tissues around liver cancer, but the APC number was increased. The MT expression was negatively correlated with the APC number.
