人力资源是最具活力的资源,该研究应用SWOT分析法,对珠江三角洲卫生人力资源内外环境进行分析,并总结归纳珠江三角洲卫生人才现有的问题以及产生的原因,通过SWOT矩阵对珠江三角洲地区卫生人才建设提出应对策略。
Human Resources is the most dynamic resource. This research uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external environment of human resources in the Pearl River Delta and summarizes the existing problems and causes of the health professionals in the Pearl River Delta. By using the SWOT matrix, The construction of health personnel put forward coping strategies.
