目的:本文拟探讨护理技能竞赛对高职护生职业能力的影响效果,提高高职护生的职业能力。方法:从广州医科大学卫生职业技术学院2014级高职护理专业选2个班的护生,随机抽取一个班为实验组,另一个班为对照组,各50人。实验组采用常规教学+护理技能竞赛,对照组不实施护理技能竞赛,按常规教学方法教学,用效果评价问卷比较两组高职护生的职业能力。结果:实验组的高职护生的职业能力高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:护理技能竞赛,有助于提高高职护生的职业能力,培养高素质实用型护理人才。
Objective: This article intends to explore nursing skills competition vocational skills of nursing students, to improve vocational skills of nursing students. Methods: Two classes of nursing students were selected from 2014 College of Vocational and Technical Medical College of Guangzhou Medical University. One class was randomly selected as the experimental group and the other one as the control group with 50 each. The experimental group used routine teaching + nursing skills competition, the control group did not implement the nursing skills competition, teaching according to the conventional teaching methods, and the effect evaluation questionnaire was used to compare the vocational skills of the two groups of high vocational nursing students. Results: The occupational ability of experimental nursing students was higher than that of the control group (P <0.001). Conclusion: Nursing skills competition helps to improve occupational ability of nursing students in vocational colleges and nurture high-quality and practical nursing talents.
