在YSZ双晶基片上,制备了双晶高TcGdBa_2Cu_3O(7-δ)超导薄膜,晶界夹角为24°。采用光刻技术在晶界上刻出了不同尺寸的晶界结,观测了结的直流I-V特性和在10GHz微波辐照下结临界电流的压缩和Shapiro台阶,表明双晶结具有约瑟夫逊弱连接行为。在实验基础上,对结的特性进行了理论分析和数值模拟。
On the YSZ dual crystal substrate, a double crystal high TcGdBa_2Cu_3O (7-δ) superconducting thin film with a grain boundary angle of 24 ° was fabricated. Lithography was used to characterize grain boundary junctions of different sizes. The DC I-V characteristics of the junctions and the compression and Shapiro steps of the junction current under 10GHz microwave irradiation were observed. It shows that the twin junctions have the weak Josephson Connection behavior. Based on the experiment, the characteristics of the junction were analyzed theoretically and numerically.
