司法考试改革给法学本科教育带来了机遇与挑战。我们应当抓住机遇,迎接挑战,对法学本科教学方法进行改革。我们可采用“嵌入式”教学法,将司法考试融入法学本科教学,并对案例教学法、法律诊所式教学法、角色扮演式教学法等进行优化,实现既为学生打好坚实的理论基础,又培养其职业技能,培养高级应用型人才的目标。
Judicial examination reform brings opportunities and challenges to law undergraduate education.
