超声波声达测量已用于AISI316型不锈钢一般粒度的判断。脉冲反射重叠技术用于超声波传输时间的精确测量。通过金相照片获得与超声波声速有关的粒度主要图像。结果表明利用超声波声速测量预测粒度有较好的互信度等级。与纵波相比较,发现横波关于粒度测量更敏感。发现用声达测量来判断粒度比用裹减测量所获得的粒度更精确。
Ultrasonic sound measurement has been used to determine the general size of AISI 316 stainless steel. Pulse reflection overlap technique for accurate measurement of ultrasonic transmission time. Through the metallographic photos to obtain ultrasonic sound velocity related to the size of the main image. The results show that the use of ultrasonic sound velocity measurement of particle size has a good level of mutual trust. Compared with longitudinal waves, shear waves were found to be more sensitive to particle size measurements. It was found that using particle size measurement to determine particle size is more accurate than using particle size measurement.
