在室温下,研究了不同浓度的土霉素和氯霉素对亚心形扁藻细胞的数量、大小以及叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量等方面的影响。结果表明:在0~5mg/L范围内,土霉素的浓度越大,细胞数量在增长期内增幅越大,在衰退期内衰退越快;土霉素对色素含量有不同程度的促进作用。氯霉素浓度>1mg/L时,浓度越大,扁藻细胞数量增幅越小,类胡萝卜素越多。土霉素,氯霉素对扁藻细胞大小的影响均不明显。
At room temperature, the effects of different concentrations of oxytetracycline and chloramphenicol on the number and size of Asteraceae cells and the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoids were studied. The results showed that in the range of 0 ~ 5 mg / L, the greater the concentration of oxytetracycline, the greater the increase of the cell number during the growth period and the faster the recession during the recession; the oxytetracycline promoted the pigment content to some extent . Chloramphenicol concentration> 1mg / L, the greater the concentration, the smaller increase in the number of algae cells, the more carotenoids. Oxytetracycline, chloramphenicol on the algae cell size effects are not obvious.
