采用容器振荡法、浸渍法观察FFA - 3纤维抗菌作用。结果 :经 5 %纤维含量振荡过夜孵育后 ,大肠杆菌 (ATCC2 5 92 2 )活菌由 2× 10 6降到 0CFU/ml;表皮葡萄球菌由 6 8×10 5(对照 )降至 3 5 6× 10 3CFU/ml;2株厌氧菌 (类杆菌 )经 2h振荡孵育后菌数略减少 ;当纤维含量为 0 7%时 ,大肠杆菌存活菌数仍为 0。大肠杆菌和金葡萄与FFA - 3纤维作用 10min后 ,活菌数分别由 10 9降至 10 8CFU/ml和 10 5降至 10 3CFU/ml。
The vessel oscillation method and impregnation method were used to observe the antibacterial effect of FFA - 3 fiber. Results: The viable E. coli (ATCC2 5 92 2) decreased from 2 × 10 6 to 0 CFU / ml after incubation with 5% fiber overnight; the number of Staphylococcus epidermidis decreased from 6 8 × 10 5 (control) to 356 × 10 3CFU / ml. The number of bacteria in two anaerobic bacteria (Bacteroides) incubated for 2h was slightly reduced. When the fiber content was 0 7%, the number of viable bacteria in E. coli was still 0. The number of viable cells decreased from 10 9 to 10 8 CFU / ml and 10 5 to 10 3CFU / ml respectively after 10 min of the reaction between E. coli and gold grapes and FFA - 3 fibers.
