在输电网络完全开放的情况下 ,由于电力传输的约束和限制 ,加上上网发电与购电的竞争性 ,在一定的条件下就会发生电力传输阻塞。文中论述了在自由竞争的电力市场下我国电力交易的2种主要方式 (中心交易及双边或多边交易 ) ,以及传输调度的原则 ,同时讨论了在发生传输阻塞时节点的定价问题 ,并提出在不同的电力交易下解决传输阻塞的措施。
In the case of completely open transmission network, due to the constraints and limitations of power transmission, coupled with the competitiveness of the Internet power generation and purchase of electricity, power transmission congestion will occur under certain conditions. In this paper, we discuss the two main ways of power trading in China (central transaction and bilateral or multilateral transaction) and the principle of transmission scheduling under the free-competition electricity market.
