为了快速测定铜合金中的铜,镍和锌.日本千叶大学工程系分析化学实验室研究了分光光度流动注射分析法。其特点是所需试样量少,试剂耗量也极少,分析速度快,每小时可分析铜或镍试样溶液280个,锌试样溶液90个。测定铜或镍的精度范围为0.2~0.7%(铜含量为60~99.9%),测锌为0.5~0.8%(锌含量为30~40%)。该法可满足大多数工业实验室的需要。该方法采用的装置如下图。
In order to quickly determine copper, nickel and zinc in copper alloys, Spectrophotometric flow injection analysis was performed in the Analytical Chemistry Laboratory of Engineering Department of Chiba University in Japan. It is characterized by a small amount of sample required, minimal reagent consumption, fast analysis, and an hourly analysis of 280 copper and nickel sample solutions and 90 zinc sample solutions. The accuracy of the determination of copper or nickel ranges from 0.2 to 0.7% (copper content 60 to 99.9%) and 0.5 to 0.8% zinc (30 to 40% zinc).
