我公司的2~#锅炉为杭州锅炉厂1986年制造,锅炉型号为NG—35/39—M/1,额定蒸发量为35t/h,汽包工作压力为4.21MPa,并于1990年点火投运,锅炉给水采用阴阳离子交换后的软化水。有一段时期,锅炉给水pH值在6.5~8之间,达不到合格标准,铁及其腐蚀产物在锅炉受热面大量沉淀,导致锅炉受热面结有大量铁垢,造成严重的垢下腐蚀,使水冷壁管泄漏的情况多次发生。为了解决这个问题,我们往给水中加入液氨,以此来调节给水的pH值,使它达到8.8~9.3的范围内,从而防止给水对金属的侵蚀。
