作文教学是中学和中师语文教学的一个重要内容,但长期以来存在着高耗低效的窘况.学生怕写作文,教师怕改作文,费时费力批改而功夫近于虚掷.如何改变现状,摆脱窘境,使学生爱写作文、写好作文呢?我认为可以用古人重视启发教学的一句经验之谈指导作文教学.《学记》提出:“道而弗牵,强而弗抑,开而弗达.”就是说教师要引导、鼓励和启发学生,而不要牵着学生走,不要压抑他们,也不要代替他们作结论.既然语文教学的关键在于如何引导学生进行语言实践活动,那么,作为其重要组成部分的作文教学,尤其需要引导和训练.在教师的正确引导下,调动学生的主动性,使学生在训练中获得写作知识,掌握写作技巧,形成能力、发展智力,这正体现了教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用.因此,在近几年的教学中,我从以下几个方面作了一点有益的尝试.
