基于调查数据,本文运用ordered logistic regression对中国私营企业家的人力资本中影响企业制度选择和创新的关键因素做了实证研究。本文的研究表明:私营企业家的企业家人力资本越高,其越有可能将创立的公司改制为现代企业。私营企业家管理和领导经验的积累,对于私营企业制度选择和创新有显著性影响。对于中国的私营企业而言,所有权与经营权分离之后,企业所有者会做出一些产权方面的制度选择,以对经营者形成制衡。本文的研究也表明,私营企业创办人创办企业前的党员身份和现任管理者的党员身份对于私营企业制度选择和创新有重要影响。
Based on the survey data, this paper uses the ordered logistic regression to make empirical research on the key factors influencing the choice and innovation of enterprise system in Chinese private entrepreneurs’ human capital. The research in this paper shows that the higher the entrepreneurial capital of private entrepreneurs, the more likely they are to transform the established company into a modern enterprise. The accumulation of private entrepreneurial management and leadership experience has had a significant impact on the choice and innovation of the private sector. For the private sector in China, after ownership and management rights are separated, the owners of the enterprises will make some institutional choices in terms of property rights in order to strike a balance between the operators. The research in this paper also shows that the identity of the party members before the founding of a private enterprise as a founder and the membership of the current managers have a significant impact on the institutional choice and innovation of the private enterprise.
