镁质球团具有良好的冶金性能,工业试验配加10%硼镁铁精矿生产镁质球团。试验结果表明,生球质量较好,热工参数稳定,镁质球团成品球具有良好的化学成分,其转鼓强度高达96.80%,冶金性能优于酸性球团矿,其中低温还原粉化指数RDI_(+3.15 mm)达99.62%,还原膨胀率下降2.44%。将镁质球团矿用于高炉生产后,高炉炉况稳定。
Magnesia pellets with good metallurgical properties, industrial test with 10% Bauxite concentrate magnesia pellets. The test results show that the quality of the green pellets is good and the thermal parameters are stable. The finished pellets of the magnesia pellets have good chemical composition, the drum strength is as high as 96.80%, and the metallurgical properties are better than those of acidic pellets. The low temperature reduction pulverization index RDI _ (+ 3.15 mm) reached 99.62%, reduction of expansion rate decreased 2.44%. After using magnesia pellets for blast furnace production, the blast furnace condition is stable.
