随着改革的不断深入,对企业管理工作提出了更高的要求。经营管理者及职工的观念正在发生深刻的变化,企业的管理工作正在努力适应转换经营机制和发展社会主义市场经济的新形势。根据社会主义市场经济的要求,结合工厂实际,我厂总结出具有兰铝特色的经营管理模式。 一、经营管理模式 以方针目标管理为主线,全面贯彻执行标准;以经济责任制为保证,突出安全、质量、成本否决权;以定置管理、现场管理为基础,加强班组建设;以市场需求为导向,大力发展多种经营;以人为本,强化自我控制和自我完善;以高严细实的工作作风,形成党政工团齐抓共管的管理模式。 二、经营管理模式的特点 (一)管理思想:突出了以人为本,全员参与管理。运用各种激励机制,调动全体职工的积极性,充分发扬民主,把群众智慧和科学方法结合起来,完善企业各项管理,提高企业经济效益。
