在我国的《物权法》当中对不不动产物权登记进行了明确的规定,指出了不动产物权登记属于房屋产权最为重要的一个标准。而房产公证则在不动产公证当中属于最有效的减少诉讼和预防纠纷的有效措施。房产公证作为公证处传统的一种公证业务,在具体的公证实务当中经常性的会出现继承人身份认定、证明材料的核实及审查等问题,房产买卖合同公证、商品房预售合同公证等当中也存在一定的法律问题,本研究结合了在具体的房产公证实务当中可能出现的法律法规问题,提出了一些有建设性的意见和措施。
