严重的水土流失给我国经济和社会带来极大危害,已经成为我国的头号环境问题。搞好水土保持工作,是弘扬科学发展观、实现可持续发展的要求。水土保持工作对于保障我国生态安全、粮食安全,全面建设小康社会,实现经济社会的可持续发展具有重要意义。实施水土保持可持续发展战略要做到有法可依、执法必严、违法必究,要搞好水土保持综合治理,要大力发展水土保持科技工作,要扩大宣传,增强公民对水土保持重要性的认识。
Serious soil erosion has brought tremendous harm to our economy and society and has become the number one environmental issue in our country. Doing a good job of soil and water conservation, is to carry forward the scientific concept of development, to achieve sustainable development requirements. Soil and water conservation work is of great significance for ensuring ecological security, food security, building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and for achieving sustainable economic and social development. Implementation of sustainable development strategy of soil and water conservation to be law-based, law enforcement must be strict, the law must be law-abiding, we should do a good job in comprehensive management of soil and water conservation, we must vigorously develop soil and water conservation science and technology work, we must expand publicity and enhance citizen’s importance to soil and water conservation Understanding.
