红富士苹果是从日本引入我国的优良株系,经过几年试种研究,证明适合我国广大地区栽培,又因果实极耐贮藏,品质优良,深受广大果农欢迎。1983年国家农牧渔业部主持召开的十省市着色系富士苹果鉴定会上,确认红富士是今后我国主栽的晚熟苹果品种。由于该品种引入我国时间短,用常规方法进行繁殖,速度很慢,远远满足不了广大农民对红富士苹果苗木的迫切需求。为加速这一优良株系的繁殖,我们对其进行了组织培养研究。
Red Fuji apple is an excellent strain introduced into our country from Japan. After several years of trial-planting research, it has been proved that it is suitable for cultivation in most areas of our country and is highly welcomed by the majority of fruit growers due to its extremely durable storage and high quality. In 1983, the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries presided over the ten provinces and cities Department of Color Fuji apples appraisal meeting, confirmed that Red Fuji is the future of our country planted late-maturing apple varieties. Due to the short introduction of the species in our country, breeding by conventional methods is very slow, far from meeting the urgent needs of farmers for Red Fuji apple seedlings. To accelerate the propagation of this fine line, we conducted a tissue culture study.
