目的评价培训小组的构建在肾内科轮转护士培训中的应用效果。方法选择2014至2015年度轮转到肾内科的护士为研究对象,按时间分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=20),对照组采用传统的培训方法,观察组在对照组培训方法的基础上构建培训小组。比较两组轮转护士理论、操作成绩及综合能力,并测评患者对两组护士的满意度。结果观察组护士专科理论、操作及综合能力得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察组不良事件发生例数(9例)明显低于对照组(19例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组护士的患者满意度(服务态度、技术水平、护理规范、沟通交流、病房管理)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论构建培训小组有利于调动带教老师及轮转护士的积极性和主动性,提高临床培训质量,减少不良事件的发生,提高患者的满意度,使轮转护士尽快胜任专科护理工作。
Objective To evaluate the effect of training team building on the training of rotation nurses in the department of nephrology. Methods The nurses who were transferred to the department of nephrology from 2014 to 2015 were divided into control group (n = 20) and observation group (n = 20) by time. The control group was trained by traditional methods and the observation group was trained in control group Methodology builds on the training team. The two groups were compared on the theory of rotation nurses, their performance and comprehensive ability, and their satisfaction with two groups of nurses. Results The scores of theory, operation and comprehensive ability of nurses in observation group were higher than those in control group, with significant difference (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The number of adverse events in the observation group (9 cases) was significantly lower than that in the control group (19 cases), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Patient satisfaction (service attitude, technical level, nursing standard, communication and ward management) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant differences (all P <0.05). Conclusion The construction of the training group is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of the teaching staff and the rotation nurses to improve the quality of clinical training and reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the patient satisfaction so that the rotation nurses can perform the specialist nursing work as soon as possible.
