金相试样在磨抛后经化学试剂侵蚀,在试样的表面会不同程度地出现一些复盖的氧化物,特别是高碳钢的回火组织及纯铜、铜合金等组织,上述现象更为明显。其复盖的氧化物使金相组织失去应有的层次,且样品的表面被污染成各种颜色,失去了金相组织的真实形貌。因此,清洁金相试样的表面成了确保制样质量的重要环节,经过我们反复的实践,发现使用5~10%的盐酸酒精溶液清洗样品表面,能获得良好的效果。具体操作方法如下:
