[目的]探讨肺积1号方对la-795肺腺癌小鼠移植瘤生长的抑制作用。[方法]给40只T739小鼠腋下注射肿瘤组织匀浆复制la-795小鼠肺癌模型,接种24 h后,按随机数字表法,将40只小鼠完全随机分为4组,每组10只,开始给药,4组分别为:对照组、顺铂DDP组、肺积1号方组、DDP+肺积1号方组,观察各组小鼠一般状况、肿瘤大小、计算抑瘤率。[结果]肺积1号方组小鼠体重增加最多,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),优于DDP组(P<0.05);各治疗组瘤重均显著低于对照组,抑瘤率DDP组、肺积1号方组、DDP+肺积1号方组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与DDP组比较,DDP+肺积1号方组效果更好(P<0.05)。肺积1号方与DDP合用有明显增效作用,抑瘤率大于单用DDP组。[结论]肺积1号方能够明显抑制la-795肺腺癌小鼠移植瘤的生长,与DDP合用有明显增效作用。

Compared with the DDP group, The effect was better (P <0.05). Pneumocystis 1 and DDP combined with significant synergistic effect, tumor inhibition rate greater than single DDP group. [Conclusion] PDGF1 can obviously inhibit the growth of la-795 lung adenocarcinoma xenografts in mice, and has a synergistic effect with DDP.
