１８例双侧三叉神经痛患者，其中１１例行神经血管减压术，６例行三叉神经感觉根部分切断术，１例为脑干肿瘤，行肿瘤切除加感觉根部分切断术。单侧手术双侧治愈率６１％；手术侧治愈，对侧疼痛缓解率２８％。２例对侧无效者经再次行对侧血管减压后疼痛消失。７例合并高血压者术后血压降至正常。本文就其病因、手术治疗等有关问题进行了探讨。
Of the 18 patients with bilateral trigeminal neuralgia, 11 underwent neurovascular decompression, 6 underwent partial sensory root excision of the trigeminal nerve, and 1 underwent brain tumor resection plus sensory root partial resection. Unilateral surgery bilateral cure rate was 61%; surgical side cure, contralateral pain relief rate of 28%. 2 cases of contralateral invalid after re-line contralateral vascular decompression pain disappeared. Blood pressure in 7 patients with hypertension was decreased to normal after operation. This article discusses its causes, surgical treatment and other related issues.
