目的研究毛鸡屎藤Paederia scandens var.tomentosa全草的化学成分。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和波谱技术分析进行结构鉴定。结果从毛鸡屎藤全草中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为2,3-二羟基-1-甲氧基蒽醌(1)、1,4-二甲氧基-2-羟基蒽醌(2)、1,3,4-三甲氧基-2-羟基蒽醌(3)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(4)、反式阿魏酸(5)、邻甲基苯乙醚(6)、水杨酸(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、熊果酸(9)、齐墩果酸(10)。结论所有化合物均为首次从毛鸡屎藤植物中分离得到。其中化合物1~7为首次从鸡屎藤属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of whole plant Paederia scandens var.tomentosa. Methods A variety of chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and purification. The structures were identified by physical and chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the whole plant feces, and identified as 2,3-dihydroxy-1-methoxyanthraquinone (1), 1,4-dimethoxy-2-hydroxyanthraquinone (2), 1,3,4-trimethoxy-2-hydroxyanthraquinone (3), diisobutyl phthalate (4), trans-ferulic acid Salicylic acid (7), β-sitosterol (8), ursolic acid (9) and oleanolic acid (10). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from the feces of the feather and vine for the first time. Compounds 1 to 7 were isolated from chicken feces and rattan for the first time.
