为了增强磁致伸缩传感器位移测量过程中的抗干扰能力,有效提高测量精度,提出了一种时差比例位移测量方法。该方法采用LM3S8962为主控制芯片,结合脉冲信号放大与回波信号处理电路,使测量精度不受主控频率、扭转波传播速度漂移的影响。通过实验及对比分析,该方法能增强位移测量的抗干扰能力,提高测量精度,稳定性强,为磁致伸缩传感器位移测量提供了一种全新的思路。
In order to enhance the anti-jamming ability of the magnetostrictive sensor displacement measurement process and improve the measurement accuracy effectively, a time-proportional displacement measurement method is proposed. The method uses the LM3S8962 as the main control chip, combined with the pulse signal amplification and echo signal processing circuit, the measurement accuracy from the main control frequency, torsional wave propagation speed drift. Through experiments and comparative analysis, this method can enhance the anti-interference ability of displacement measurement, improve the measurement accuracy and stability, and provide a new idea for the displacement measurement of magnetostrictive sensor.
