说起职工来访接待日,人们或许一点不陌生,因为在不少工会机关都实行过这种制度,只不过因种种原因,没有很好地坚持下去。近从媒体获悉,浙江省台州市总工会为使接待工作落到实处,当日接待领导根据不同的情况,能够当场解决的问题立即办理,不能当场解决的问题,写出具体处理意见,交有关部室按期办理,确保意见和问题“件件有回音,事事有着落”。这种工会工作的“快车”模式,不但能及时让工会一把手了解到职工呼声,更在一定程度上推动了相关问题的快速解决。(6月25日《浙江工人日报》)
