对风险产生的主客观原因进行了归纳总结,将分散在桥梁不同部位、产生不同影响的风险关注点汇集起来,为相关的估测判定、应对措施的制定奠定基础。分析了公路工程风险评估制度所取得的成效,同时也总结了在实施过程中存在的包括对制度的认识、成果质量不足和考核不到位等一些需要改进的问题,最后注重于提高风险评估制度的可执行性和指导性,给出了解决问题的思路。
