本文报导了用激光脉冲法在高纯氩气中测量近化学计量UO_2(96.5%理论密度)热扩散率的结果,温度范围为573—2773K。由此计算出相应的热导率。热扩散率和热导率的测量误差分别为±5%和±7%。求得了适合实验数据的热导率与温度关系式,算出了电子激活能和氧空位形成能。
In this paper, the results of measuring the thermal diffusivity of near-stoichiometric UO 2 (96.5% theoretical density) in a high-purity argon gas by laser pulse method are reported, with a temperature range of 573-2773K. From this, the corresponding thermal conductivity is calculated. Measurement errors of thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity are ± 5% and ± 7%, respectively. Obtained suitable experimental data of thermal conductivity and temperature relationship, calculated the electron activation energy and oxygen vacancy formation energy.
