In this paper, we use personality survey, psychological characteristics measurement and behavioral observation methods to study the psychic adaptive responses of the overwintering members of the Chinese Antarctic expedition team Great Wall Station in Antarctic extreme environment and long-term isolation. The results showed that during the late winter, the team members showed more mood swings, lack of concentration and individual players were more serious. The average standard segregation of the 16 personality factors in cartels was mostly or even slightly increased; there was no significant change in the scores of the four subscales in the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire. One year after the overwintering team left Antarctica, the external control components increased while the internal control team decreased. Psychological characteristics of the test showed that: there was no significant difference between the reaction time and selective reaction, simple response significantly prolonged; memory, not only did not diminish, but increased, slightly reduced senior nerve activity flexibility.
