在分析灰色关联度应用于故障诊断特点的基础上,提出了柴油机故障的灰色关联度诊断法.从柴油机的瞬态转速和气压扭矩波形中提取特征参数,讨论了特征参数的无量纲化处理方法.由于B型关联度的一阶和二阶差商在故障诊断中不具有明确的物理意义,给出了在灰色关联度故障诊断中对B型关联度的处理方法.在SCANIADS-11柴油机上进行了故障诊断实验研究,实验结果表明该方法具有良好的诊断效果.
