本文叙述的是采用反相高效液相色谱法即以甲醇 +水 +冰乙酸为流动相 ,C18 柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定苯菌·福美可湿性粉剂中的苯菌灵和福美双 ,结果表明苯菌灵和福美双的标准偏差分别为0.092、0.065;变异系数分别为0.45%、0.31% ;回收率分别为100.2%、99.4% ,线性相关系数为0.9994,0.9996。
This paper describes the use of reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with methanol + water + glacial acetic acid as the mobile phase, C18 column and UV detector with benomyl and thiram benomyl WP and the separation of the United States biofuels, The results showed that the standard deviations of benomyl and thiram were 0.092 and 0.065, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.45% and 0.31% respectively. The recoveries were 100.2% and 99.4% respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9994 and 0.9996.
