采用盆栽试验方法,在正常水分管理和干旱胁迫条件下研究了转DREB3基因抗旱大豆对土壤理化性状的影响。结果表明:转DREB3基因抗旱大豆对土壤主要物理性状土粒密度和土壤容重无显著影响,对根际土壤碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾和有机质含量等主要化学性状无显著影响。转DREB3基因抗旱大豆的种植不会带来对土壤主要理化性状的不利影响。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of DREB3-deficient soybean on soil physical and chemical properties under normal water regime and drought stress. The results showed that DREB3 drought-resistant soybean had no significant effect on soil bulk density and soil bulk density of main soil physical properties, but had no significant effect on the main chemical properties of rhizosphere soil such as available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and organic matter. DREB3 transgenic drought-tolerant soybean planting will not bring adverse impact on soil physical and chemical properties.
