目的:采用血栓弹力图(thromboelastography,TEG)体外评估纳豆激酶(nattokinase,NK)对人体凝血系统的影响。方法:选取2014年6月至2015年2月,复旦大学附属中山医院重症医学科收治的颈动脉狭窄内膜剥脱术后患者20例为研究对象,术后第1天早上6∶00静脉采血5 mL,分为对照组、低剂量NK组、中剂量NK组和高剂量NK组,每组各1 mL,分别加入等体积的0.9%氯化钠液或其溶解的200、400、800 U的NK,进行TEG检测。结果:与对照组相比,中剂量NK组MA降低,Ly30值升高;高剂量NK组α角、MA值降低,Ly30值升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与低剂量NK组相比,中剂量NK组MA值降低,Ly30值升高;高剂量NK组α角、MA值降低,Ly30值升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:NK在体外对人体全血无抗凝作用,但具有显著纤溶作用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of nattokinase (NK) on the human coagulation system in vitro using thromboelastography (TEG). Methods: From June 2014 to February 2015, 20 cases of carotid stenosis after endarterectomy patients admitted to Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University were enrolled in this study. Blood samples were collected at 6:00 on the first day after operation mL, divided into control group, low-dose NK group, medium-dose NK group and high-dose NK group, each 1 mL, were added to an equal volume of 0.9% sodium chloride solution or dissolved 200,400,800 U NK, TEG detection. Results: Compared with the control group, MA decreased and Ly30 increased in middle dose NK group; α angle, MA decreased and Ly30 increased in high dose NK group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Compared with the low dose NK group, the MA value of middle dose NK group decreased and the Ly30 value increased. The alpha angle, MA value and the Ly30 value increased in high dose NK group (P <0.01). Conclusion: NK has no anticoagulant effect on human whole blood in vitro, but has significant fibrinolytic activity.
