一、前言 医疗专家系统是人工智能应用的一个重要方面,自80年代在我国开始从事这方面工作以来,已经涌现出一些医学专家系统,有些已经打入国际市场。但纵观国内医学界状况,许多医学专家系统主要是指医学上的“专家”的经验,完全应用人工智能理论的医学专家系统却不多见。做为一种探索,我院与中科院计算所联合研制了“肺部孤立阴影诊断专家系统PSNES”。该系统综合了专家系统在知识结构、系统控制结构的优点,采用知识库分层的结构和似然推理的机制,在微机上采用micro-PROLOG逻辑编程语言实现其肺部孤立阴影的诊断工作。
I. INTRODUCTION The medical expert system is an important aspect of artificial intelligence applications. Since the 1980s when China started to work in this area, some medical expert systems have emerged, and some have already entered the international market. However, looking at the status of the medical community in China, many medical expert systems mainly refer to the experience of medical “experts”. However, medical expert systems that completely use artificial intelligence theory are rare. As an exploration, our institute and the Institute of Computing Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly developed the “Pulmonary Isolated Shadow Diagnosis Expert System PSNES”. The system integrates the advantages of expert system in knowledge structure and system control structure, adopts the structure of knowledge base layered and the mechanism of likelihood inference, and uses micro-PROLOG logic programming language to realize the diagnosis of lung isolated shadow on the microcomputer.
