身体素质是人体在运动时表现出来的机能能力。身体素质包括力量、速度、耐力、柔韧和灵敏等,身体素质表现的好坏同身体形态、身体机能发育的好与差有直接关系,反过来也是如此。舞龙运动要求运动员的身体素质比较全面,对力量、速度、和耐力三大素质都要进行测试,特别要注意相对速度快、协调性高、弹跳力强、速度耐力好的对象。要掌握好舞龙运动各项技术的基础,良好的身体素质是提高技术水平运动成绩的保证。
Physical fitness is the performance of the body’s performance capabilities. Physical quality, including strength, speed, endurance, flexibility and sensitivity, physical quality performance is good or bad with the physical form, physical development is good and poor are directly related, and vice versa.
