高炉铁水炉前直接浇铸,是早已被人们所倡导的一项节能新工艺。多年来不少单位为实现炉前铸造曾做过种种尝试和很大努力。然而,由于一些具体技术问题没有得到合理解决,加之高炉铁水温度低,杂质多,化学成份波动较大等原因,至今成效甚微。中小铁厂经营亏损和焦炭的日趋紧张,高炉—工频炉双联工艺应运而生。双联新工艺的成功,为实现炉前铸造开辟了新的途径。一、双联的理论依据
