油田企业党建思想政治工作是油田企业经济工作以及其他一切工作的生命线。经过多年的实践与摸索,中石化西北油田分公司油田特管中心(下文简称特管中心)的党建思想政治工作已经在企业内部得到了全面的扩展,但是特管中心在党建思想政治工作评价体系方面还存在一些问题与不足。因此,本文主要对特管中心党建思想政治工作评价体系现状及存在问题进行了分析,并在此基础上就如何完善特管中心党建思想政治工作评价体系提出了几点看法,以期促进特管中心党建思想政治工作评价体系的有效运转,为特管中心的生产经营提供思想保证、智力支持与精神动力。

On the basis of this, The effective construction of the ideological and political work evaluation system of the party’s construction provided ideological guarantee, intellectual support and spiritual motivation for the production and operation of the special management center.
