“三个基地一个中心”的建设是中央领导对广西提出的一项新的工作任务和新的奋斗目标,是广西经济发展千载难逢的良好机遇。如何很好地完成这一任务和目标,是当前广西各级领导干部要思考的重大问题,也是全区各族人民所期盼解决的重大问题。
The building of a “three bases and one center” is a new task set by the Central Government to Guangxi and a new goal. It is a golden opportunity for Guangxi’s economic development. How to satisfactorily accomplish this task and goal is a major issue to be considered by leading cadres at all levels in Guangxi at present and also a major issue that the people of all ethnic groups in the region look forward to resolving.
