我院于１９８９年３月～１９９５年３月，对尿ＨＣＧ阳性的宫外孕３２例采用氨甲喋呤化疗，并对盆腔包块长径大于５ｃｍ者辅以中药治疗，结果：治愈２９例，失败２例，中止治疗１例，３例要求保留生育功能者２例妊娠足月分娩，１例输卵管造影通畅。氨甲喋呤通过影响四氢叶酸的合成，抑制ＲＮＡ与ＤＮＡ的合成，抑制滋养层的增生，杀胚作用显著，辅以活血化瘀中药促进盆腔包块的吸收从而扩大了宫外孕的非手术治疗范围，特别对生育机能的保留均有积极的作用。
