多层绝热体内吸附及溶解的气体要求在较短时间内释放排除,使残余气体的压力低于1.3×10~(-2)Pa,以保证总传热量中气体传热尽可能减小。为此要求在多层绝热的抽真空过程中能保持尽可能大的放气率。着重介绍了放气率的测量装置以及分析讨论了影响多层绝热放气的各种因素。
The gas adsorbed and dissolved in the multi-layer insulation body is required to be released in a short period of time so that the residual gas pressure is lower than 1.3 × 10 -2 Pa to ensure that the heat transfer of the gas is reduced as far as possible. For this purpose, it is required to maintain as much as possible the outgassing rate during the multi-layer insulation of the evacuation process. The measurement device of the outgassing rate is emphatically introduced, and the various factors affecting the multi-layer adiabatic outgassing are analyzed and discussed.
